Why We Don't Accept Insurance
I’ve made a conscious decision not to participate in insurance networks. This allows me to provide truly individualized care tailored to your specific needs and goals, without the restrictions and limitations often imposed by insurance companies. I believe that you deserve dedicated time and attention during your sessions, and operating outside of insurance networks allows me to:
- Spend more time with you: I can dedicate ample time to thoroughly evaluate your condition, understand your concerns, and develop a personalized treatment plan.
- Offer a wider range of treatment options: I'm not limited to treatments approved by insurance companies, giving me the flexibility to utilize the most effective approaches for your specific needs.
- Reduce administrative burden: By not dealing with insurance claims and paperwork, I can focus our energy and resources on providing exceptional patient care.
While I don’t accept insurance directly, I can provide you with detailed receipts that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. I am also happy to answer any questions you may have about this process.

I understand that choosing a pricing plan can feel overwhelming. If you’re unsure which option is the best fit for your needs and goals, I encourage you to reach out to me.
Prenatal and Postpartum packages are ideal if you are not having many symptoms or problems, and want to be evaluated for such things as pelvic floor strength, diastasis, readiness to return to exercise and want lots of education and exercise guidance.
I always offer a complimentary 30 minute virtual consultation if you are unsure what you need. During this time I will take your history and be able to provide an idea of how many follow up treatments may be needed after the evaluation. Although every case and person is different, an average number of visits is 3-5 for most diagnoses.
I can discuss your individual circumstances, treatment goals, and financial considerations to guide you towards the best option. I believe that investing in your pelvic health is an investment in your overall well-being, and we’re committed to making our services accessible and affordable.
